Ebbie organised a fantastic Charity Supper to raise money for CLIC Sargent, a Charity that’s very close to our hearts. She’s incredibly easy to deal with and was meticulous in every aspect of planning the evening, from how the tables were presented, the balance of the entertainment throughout the evening and of course the tremendous food.
She brought together a brilliant team who worked really well together and who were incredibly attentive to all the needs of the guests. The menu that was put together was excellent. All the dishes were full of flavour, generous in their portion sizes and served at just the right temperature by her team. That night Ebbie and her team looked after nearly 100 guests who were all delighted.
We’ve attended many events like this and have to say that this was one of the very best. You won’t regret asking Ebbie to look after you on you special day whatever the occasion.
