Creating menus using locally sourced seasonal produce. We minimised all waste including food waste; recycling as much as we can.
We encourage our customers to bring reusables cups and all of our disposable cups and plates are made from recycled materials and are compostable!
Our used cooking oil is collected and recycled by a local supplier. Nothing is wasted!
Water? Lights? Gas? We only use what we need to and continually challenge ourselves to use less.
